kuneo: to kiss

Kiss --- Token of Brotherhood

Absence of formality, hypocrisy

Freedom from prejudice

Without any attitude of condescension or disrespect

Brotherhood

In plural, 'a community based on identity of origin or life'.

Token

Manifestation, evidence, or sign.

Worship ---

Denotes why a person behaves in a certain manner.

Denotes why a person show forth a certain character.

Requires a person to Kiss the Son.

 

Kiss the Son ---

Manifest that one is a member of a community that has as its foundation, the knowledge that Jesus -- the life -- is the expressed character of God.

• Objective --- When people think chiefly about God; may be cold, remote from practical concerns.
• Subjective --- When people think more about selves; may become sentimental, even hysterical.
• 'Spectacular' --- When people think more about leader, personality; tends to degrade things thare holy; tends to lead to sacrilege, blasphemy.

• Hymns --- Ascription of the perfections of Deity. Expresses point of worship. Magnifying God because of His matchless perfections, because He is God Almighty.
